Vehicles shall be delivered or returned to our offices during customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. |

CHARGED DELIVERIES AND RETURNS |
|
Transitar car rental offers clients the chance to pick-up and return rented vehicles 24/7, all year long, and shall be charged with a $35 (AR) fee for each pick-up or return outside office hours, on Sundays or holidays. |

Ezeiza’s International Airport and Jorge Newbery Airport. Fees will depend on the rental period. Consult it with us. |

Drop-offs anywhere along the country will be charged by $1,20 (AR) for each extra mile, taking into consideration the distance between the drop-off location and our head office. |

If you wish to extend your rental, you'll have to let us know 48 hours before the rental period expires and Transitar car rental shall send you a written authorization. |

In case that car had been rented by another customer in advance, Transitar car rental reserves the right to extend that rental period. |

Reservations may be catered for with vehicles of equal category, and, in case of unavailability, customers will be given a superior vehicle. |

Reservations will be kept only one extra hour after the time of delivery agreed. |

In case the vehicle is stolen, damaged, or in a fire accident, customers must report it to the local police first within 48 hours from the time of the accident. |

Vehicles are delivered in clean conditions and with a full tank, therefore, they shall be returned likewise. Or else, customers will be responsible for the refueling and/or car-wash charges. |

Only authorized drivers and additional drivers authorized by them (with valid driver’s license) will be allowed to drive the rented vehicle. |
|
|
Daily rates cover a 24 hours rental period, with one hour margin to be returned. Over that hour, customers will be charged half a daily rate. In case the vehicle is returned 5 hours later, customers will be charged a full daily rate. |
