Transitar car rental‘s rates are set in Argentine pesos. They include insurance and VAT tax rates. |

Credit cards honored:Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Cash rentals will only include Argentine pesos, Euros and dollars. Traveler’s Checks will also be accepted. |

Replace the vehicle in case of damage or accident:
A) The vehicle shall be immediately replaced at any of our offices, during office hours.
B) Outside our offices, vehicles shall be replaced within 24 and 72 hours.
C) Vehicle replacement shall be subject to availability. |

Provide 24-hours roadside assistance all over Argentina. |
|
|

All vehicles are rented at Transitar car rental with either limited or unlimited mileage. You may choose the most suitable option for you. |

In case you choose limited mileage, there will be a limit to the kilometers above and beyond which a charge will be levied according to rented the vehicle's category. |

Vehicles shall be picked up or returned at our offices during customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. |

Transitar car rental offers clients the chance to pick-up and return rented vehicles 24/7, all year long, in which case, they shall be charged with a $50 (AR) fee for each pick-up or return outside office hours, on Sundays or holidays $100 (AR). Drop-offs anywhere along the country will be charged for each extra mile, taking into consideration the distance between the drop-off location and our head office. |

If you wish to extend your rental period, you'll have to let us know 48 hours before the rental period expires, and, Transitar car rental shall send you a written authorization. |

In case that vehicle had already been rented in advance by another customer, Transitar car rental reserves the right to extend that rental period. |

Rental extensions are free of charge. |

Reservations may be catered for with vehicles of equal category, and, in case of unavailability, customers will be given a superior vehicle. |
|
|
Reservations will be confirmed with the information required by Transitar car rental (Vidal Aguirre SRL). |
|

No reservation will be valid without Transitar car rental's confirmation by means of a reservation number. |
|
|
Any cancellation of reservations will be penalized with the 20% of the total rental price. |
|
|
Reservations will be kept only one extra hour after the time of delivery agreed. |
|
|
In case the vehicle is stolen, vandalized, damaged, or in a fire accident, customers must report to the local police first within 48 hours from the time of the accident. |
|
|
Vehicles are delivered to customers in clean conditions and with a full tank, therefore, they shall be returned likewise. Or else, customers will be responsible for the refueling and/or car-wash charges. |
|
|
Only authorized drivers and additional drivers authorized by them (with valid driver’s license) will be allowed to drive the rented vehicle. |
|
|
Daily rates cover a 24 hours rental period and a one hour (1) margin to be returned; otherwise, customers will be charged half a daily rate. |
|
|
In case the vehicle is returned 5 hours later, customers will be charged a full daily rate. Each another 5 hours of delay, customers will be charged a full daily rate. |
